Pike County Court offers civil wedding ceremonies for couples seeking a simple, dignified ceremony in a courthouse setting.

Ceremony Length: 5-10 minutes

Requirements:

Valid Mississippi marriage license (must be obtained prior to ceremony)

Marriage License:
Marriage licenses must be obtained from the Pike County Circuit Clerk's office prior to your ceremony. The license is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
